Consider this a deep-dive into your manuscript that focuses on the development of story, setting, theme, plot, and characters. Focus on voice, character, pacing, continuity, dialogue.

Includes:

- Feedback/reader report with suggested revisions

- In-text comments via Track Changes

- Light ghost writing available for select passages

Also includes:

- Round of line edits

- Final proofreading

This is a complete package from start to finish and may require a number of passes before finalization.

  

Line Edits / Proofreading: $800 flat fee

- This usually comes after the manuscript has been fully developed.

- Focuses on the manuscript's style, language choices, syntax, and content.

- Addresses big-picture issues but not as broad as developmental editing.

- Improves word choices, sentence structure, and catches repetitive phrases.

- Final proofreading focuses on grammar, punctuation, spelling, and technical errors.

- In-text comments via Track Changes

- May require a number of passes before finalization.

Proofreading: .005/per word

The final stage when you're ready to publish!

- Final polish on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Alpha Reading: 

This is typically the first look at your rough draft before professional editing has been done yet. 

I will look at your manuscript from a reader's perspective and provide honest feedback in the form of a report.

What I'll look for:

- Plot holes/ inconsistencies

- Pacing

- Stakes

- Character inconsistencies

- Possible chapter revisions

- Believable scenes

Pricing:

         Manuscripts up to 40k words: $100 USD

                                                   Manuscripts 40k to 60k words: $150 USD

                                                   Manuscripts 60k to 100k words: $200 USD 

                                                   Manuscripts 100k or higher: $250 USD

Timing / Investment:
